Terms and Conditions

By purchasing your MicroCon 2025 tickets, you accept the terms and conditions and agree to follow the associated policies, including the Code of Conduct.

Refund

You can request a refund until the 28th of May 2025. Contact us and we will process your refund. After that time, all sales are final.

Request must be sent, in writing, at info@microcon2025.com. If you bought multiple tickets, please specify the number of refunded tickets and the attendees that won’t be attending. You don’t need to provide an explanation.

We reserve the right to cancel tickets, without the possibility of a refund, for a violation of our Code of Conduct, even for violations made prior to registration.

La demande doit être envoyée par écrit à info@microcon2025.com. Si vous avez acheté plusieurs billets, veuillez préciser le nombre de billets remboursés et les personnes participantes qui ne seront pas présentes. Il n’est pas nécessaire de fournir une explication.

Nous nous réservons le droit d’annuler les billets, sans possibilité de remboursement, en cas de violation du Code de conduite, même si cette violation a été commise avant l’inscription.

Code of Conduct

MicroCon 2025 aims to be a space free from discrimination and harassment.

Behaviour

It is compulsory to behave respectfully towards other participants and guests.

Harassment, discrimination and any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Persons failing to comply with this policy may be expelled or barred from participating in the event without refund.

MicroCon 2025 is a safe place where participants can interact with each other without fear. In other words, we make it a priority to protect all participants from physical and psychological harassment, regardless of their ethnicity, beliefs, religion, political opinions, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or object of worship. By harassment we mean physical assault, verbal harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, unwanted physical contact, unwanted advances and inappropriate photos.

MicroCon 2025 does not tolerate harassment of participants or guests in any form, including, but not limited to, offensive words, signs, jokes, cartoons, photos, posters, deception, intimidation, physical assault or contact, and violence. Harassment also includes comments made by e-mail, on a website or on a social media platform.

If it is found, following an observation or complaint, that a person or group has harassed any person present at the event, at least one of the following consequences could apply to the persons at fault:

1. be warned to stop the harassment;
2. be ordered to leave the event premises, with no possibility of refund.
